Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. However, unused products that are unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and undamaged may be eligible for return, subject to a return fee. Please note that returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with an item will incur a return cost.
If you return goods by posting them to us through any post, please retain the appropriate proof of return. Applicable returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase - this only applies to select products. Refunds are of purchase prices only and do not include shipping paid for the product's delivery or return of the product to us. If returned goods go missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned them. It is your responsibility to track your packages and ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are mistakenly damaged during the return transit. All returned products must be:
• Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Undamaged
• Sealed
In the event of a return by you or anyone else of a gift, we will and can exchange or refund in the form of a KTV Foundation gift card or voucher. However, you will have to pay the postage and handling cost of the return to KTV herbal remedies. You may also have to pay the re-delivery costs to you. KTVHerbalRemedies will therefore not refund the delivery fee, or gift wrapping or other related and relevant fees.
Packages being returned to KTV Herbal Remedies are subjected to a re-shipping fee if:
• a customer requests a reshipment due to unclaimed packages that were returned to us.
• incorrect address was provided by the customer
• inadvertently ordering the wrong item.

Refund
As stated in all of the product pages, our Health Products are non-refundable, especially our tinctures, teas, etc. Refunds are of purchase prices only and do not include shipping paid for the product's delivery or return of the product to us. Please note that Refund eligibility may vary depending on the situation. When eligibility is confirmed, refunds will only be issued when the product is successfully returned to us in condition that:
• Unused, in good condition and unopened and in original condition;
• Items must be undamaged;
• All goods must be returned within [60] days of purchase; and
• In a good and saleable condition
When we receive the items, our financial department will contact you via phone or email that you provided during checkout.
